MEWARVIKLANGSEWASANSTHAN(DPO) CELEBRATED ITS FOUNDATION DAY

    In the month of January of 2016, The DPO took initiative to observe its foundation day at block level in Nimbahera. The day was celebrated on 8th January 2016 at Sri SanwaliyaVishrantigrah, Nimbahera. The objectives of the celebration are-

  • To aware the community about Disabled People Organisation
  • To link more and more disabled people with DPO
  • Give the message to disabled people for unity
  • Preparation of plan of action to have their demands to administration.

    • The fully preparation was done by blocks DPO members of this event. Almost 60-70 disabled people including DPO members & SHG members assembled in this programme from all over the block. Four DPO leaders from district level DPO also participated in the programme. The block DPO members made a plan for get together & drafting their demands to hand over the administration.

    Mr Mohan lalJaat (President of MewarViklangSewaSansthan) gave his heartily congratulation to the members to make the effort towards the organisation and also shared vision and mission of the organisation. He also shared achievement of MewarViklangSewaSansthan so far.MrKamleshJangid(Project coordinator from CUTS) discussed about the status of the disabled people in the society and introduced the Act and its provision in the favor of people with disabilities. He also encouraged the disabled people to raise their voice for get their rights and also requested to join MewarViklangSewaSansthan as well.
